Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You will then be able to follow the delivery progress in real time.

• Enter your order number and email address
• Check delivery updates

📦 Processing and shipping times

We process orders within 2 to 3 business days . Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 10 and 22 business days , depending on your location.

During periods of high demand, this time may be extended. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery.

🚨 Problem with your tracking?

If your tracking number doesn't work immediately, don't worry. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update after shipment.

📌 Incorrect delivery address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. If an error is detected after shipping, we will unfortunately not be able to change the address.

🔄 Order in several packages

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to optimize delivery. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
