Do you have questions about our products, delivery or your order?
Our customer service is here to help you! Contact us at contact@aire-de-jeux.com , we will respond within a few hours .

Delivery & Ordering

When will I receive my order?

We ship your order within 3 business days . Delivery then takes between 10 and 22 business days depending on your location and postal delays.
During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 business days .

We work exclusively with La Poste , with no option for delivery to a relay point.

My order is incomplete

If you have ordered multiple items, they may be sent separately depending on our stock and logistics partners.
Don't worry if you don't receive everything at once.

Our average delivery times are 10 to 29 business days . However, if you do not receive your order within 61 business days , we will refund you in full and you can keep the item when it arrives.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process your orders very quickly . You have 12 hours after your purchase to request a modification or cancellation by writing to contact@aire-de-jeux.com .

After this period, the order will already be shipped and we will no longer be able to modify it.

Problems with a product

I received a broken or defective item

Despite our precautions, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport.

📩 Contact us at contact@aire-de-jeux.com with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the problem (broken product, defect, etc.)
  • Photo or video of the damaged product

You will not need to return the item. We will offer you a refund in the form of a credit note (or another method if you request).
