Shipping and Delivery
At Aire de Jeux , we make every effort to provide you with accurate descriptions of our products so that you receive exactly what you expect.
Processing and shipping times
- All orders are processed within 12 hours.
- Shipping takes place within 3 working days on average.
- Delivery times vary between 10 and 22 working days, depending on your location and postal conditions.
- During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 business days.
We work exclusively with La Poste to deliver your packages.
Cancellation Policy
We are committed to processing your orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@aire-de-jeux.com.
⚠️ After this period, cancellation will no longer be possible, as the order will already be being processed or shipped.
Address Error
It is your responsibility to verify and provide a correct delivery address when placing your order.
What to do in case of error?
- Before shipping: Contact us immediately at contact@aire-de-jeux.com. Corrections are possible if the order has not yet been processed.
- After shipment: We can no longer change the address or guarantee delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address:
- We can arrange for reshipment (shipping costs at your expense).
- You can request a refund, less any delivery charges incurred.
We cannot be held responsible for orders refused, undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address.
