Exchanges and Refunds – Playground

At Aire de Jeux , your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase is not suitable for you, you have 14 days after receipt to request an exchange, refund, or replacement.

1. Product exchange (size/color)

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color , this is only possible for the same model .

Exchanges for another product are not permitted. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.

2. Refunds and vouchers

By default, we offer a refund in the form of a credit note .

If you prefer a refund to your original payment method , please indicate this on the return form .

In this case, a 15% processing fee (inspection, warehouse, logistics) will apply.

⚠️ Exceptions:

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect , these fees do not apply.
Only the final amount paid (after discount) will be refunded.
Vouchers and promo codes are not reissued or refundable.

3. Wrong or defective product?

Order number
Description of the problem (incorrect item, defective, etc.)
Photo or video of the product concerned

Reimbursement deadlines

Refund processing may take up to 14 days after receipt and validation of your return.
