Aire de Jeux offers this website, including all information, tools and services available, subject to acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) .

By visiting this site and/or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this site or its services.

ARTICLE 1 – CONDITIONS OF USE OF OUR SITE

By accepting these T&Cs, you declare that you are of legal age in your country of residence and authorize us to allow minors under your responsibility to use our site.

Our products (kitchen utensils) are sold exclusively online.

We do our best to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that they will appear the same on all screens.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to certain persons, regions or jurisdictions, and to change our prices and descriptions at any time.

ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND TAXES

Prices displayed are in euros (€) , excluding taxes and delivery charges.

For orders outside the European Union, customs charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when making purchases.

Payments are secure and can be made via:

We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious order or in case of incorrect information.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Processing time: 2 to 3 working days.
  • Delivery time: 10 to 22 working days depending on the destination.
  • Carriers: We use La Poste for our shipments.

We are not responsible for address errors. If a package is returned, we can either reship it (with a fee) or refund the purchase (excluding shipping costs).

ARTICLE 6 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days after receipt to return an item (unused, in its original packaging).

Available options:

  • Exchange: Only possible for a variation of the same product (size/color).
  • Refund: Defaults to a credit note. If you request a refund to your original payment method, a 15% processing fee will be deducted.
  • Defective or incorrect item: Contact us atcontact@aire-de-jeux.com with photos/video.
